SpeedPost EMS Presented to Relevant Authority for Screening Status

The above means you are supposed to pay GST for your parcel before they will release it for delivery.

However, there is no such instruction mentioned on the SingPost tracking website. Hence, I contacted their customer service on Twitter after two working days of no status update.

Installed SingPost Mobile app and signed up for new account. Did a search with my tracking number and I can see there is a status pending GST payment which is not stated on the tracking website. God knows how long I have to wait before someone tells me to pay GST if I didn’t contact SingPost. First world, my ass!
