28 Dec 2022 – Jhaycee Gonzales now replied will be escalated to bank for review and to wait another 21 days

28 Dec 2022 – Jhaycee Gonzales replied after following up with Maybank application does not match eligibility

06 Dec 2022 – Aliza replied application received and being verified with bank
